Notes for John ADKINS Referred to by Daniels as John the Elder of Chard, Somerset England. Will dated 16 July 1636; refers to his grandchild, son of John Adkins. Siblings and children all named but sequence not known. Emigrated to the American colonies from Bristol. Although of no known direct relationship, see another Somerset Adekyn - William ADEKYN.
