Notes for Thomas ADKINS May be Edkins. There is a stone against the wall of Weston-upon-Avon church (then Gloucestershire now Warwickshire, UK) which reads 'Here Lyeth the Body of Thomas Adkins of Weston-upon-Avon in the county of Gloucester. Departed this life March 26th 1702'.
Notes for Ann MASON May have been spelled Anne.
