Family notes for Hiram ADKINS and Clarinda ADKINS Daniels p.69. There is some confusion in Daniels' notes. On p.69 he shows Clarinda as daughter of Eli ADKINS and Margaret McCLANNAHAN and marrying Hiram ADKINS on 25th September 1866. He also says that Hiram is the son of Jesse ADKINS and Elizabeth BONEY. Earlier, on p.10, he shows Clarinda as daughter of Winright ADKINS and Sarah BONEY and marrying Hiram ADKINS son of Jesse ADKINS and Elizabeth HOPKINS on 26th September 1866. There is clear confusion with some of the names being mixed up. Unfortunately there is insufficient information in the book to determine which version is correct. I have therefore shown Clarinda ADKINS and Hiram ADKINS twice although I'm sure Hiram undoubtedly is the same person! If you can tell me the correct relationships please email me. [Webmaster]
