Notes for Emilie KEEN Relationship to the CHAMBERLAINs: Joseph CHAMBERLAIN senior was the brother-in-law of J S NETTLEFOLD (engineer) husband of Martha CHAMBERLAIN. As to the KENRICKs, they were so intermarried with the CHAMBERLAINs as to be virtually the same family. The KEEN family were related through this union with the Wiggin family. Arthur Neville CHAMBERLAIN, son of Joseph senior, was Prime Minister 1937-40 notorious for his appeasement of Adolph Hitler.
