Family notes for Ernest Valentine ORFORD and Alice M MALINS

Ernest & Alice left almost immediately after marriage for the United States and resurface one year later in Colorado. They played a big part in the mining and settling of the Western United States from Colorado to California to Idaho.

They returned to England for a number of years and appear in the 1891 census.
