Notes for Susannah ADKINS Susannah was a smart woman. After her husband Robert died she had all the Fisher and Adkins men who could claim rights to her or her widowed sister Ann Wells's financial estates to sign a covenant that they would not make any claim in any court for their money. They all signed in 1801 and their money was administered by Thomas Fisher, Banker, on the ladies behalf for life.
