Family notes for Henry 'Harry' ADKINS and Marie-Louise POULIN They spoke only in French at home. I have letters in French written by Marie. [95]
Notes for Henry 'Harry' ADKINS The memorial on the grave is in the form of a book Pour Ses Amis with another open book lying against it, naming the incumbents. [39]
Dennis Adkins said that they lived at ′Ravenshill′[sic], ′... up the hill′. Within a mile of the cemetery is Ravenswell which stands on top of an escarpment overlooking Woolley and Upper Swainswick. This name is also inscribed on the grave. It′s certainly up the hill from Bath. I have letters written from this address by ′Tante Marie′. [95]
