Adkins families
Looking for our past!
Family notes for Joel THACKER and Sarah Elizabeth SLONE Daniels, p.202.
Daniels, p.205, maintains that Joel married Elizabeth ADKINS, a daughter of William ADKINS and Anna THACKER. William and Anna were his grandparents so making Elizabeth his aunt! I know there were some questionable marriages among these families but I doubt this was one of them. I think Daniels may have got his generations and his records crossed here. I have chosen to omit Elizabeth ADKINS from a relationship with Joel. If you can throw any light on this family I would be very pleased to hear from you - email at bottom of the page. Thanks.
