Family notes for Daniel ADKINS and Nancy Ann BLAIR

A further child, Farinda F, is listed by Daniels on p.162. However, there appears to be some confusion because she is listed as being born in 1869, and marrying Nathaniel ADKINS, and listing their son James as being born in 1866! Farinda is then shown as marrying for a second time, to Jeremiah BROWN. Daniels then goes on to say:
″Farinda and James [mother and son] were listed with Jeremiah BROWN in the 1870 Pike County, KY, census records. Farinda and Jeremiah were living in the house with Elisha and Delia BONEY in the 1900 Wayne County, WV, census. In this record, Farinda was shown as being born in the year 1847.″

If that was the case, Farinda would not have been of this generation and would be the daughter of another. I have therefore chosen to omit these people from the tree. [Webmaster]
